About Our Client

My client is a family-owned, medium-sized company specializing in the development, manufacture and sale of electronic components and systems. Its innovative power management solutions provide the basis for a sustainable future. It offers power distribution solutions; desk connection panels and flexible systems for installation in buildings, including offices, training, and conference rooms; installation products that include power strips, switching and measuring, radio modules, and socket outlets; power and data connection systems for homes and hotels; and power solutions for modern data centers. It has production sites, and development and quality management centres globally.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from advertising inquiries, trade show, sales calls, etc.
  • Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential customers
  • Handle inbound sales calls and converts calls into sales
  • Provide management monthly sales report on activities, reports to Line Manager (HKG/China) ( weekly/quarterly/yearly)
  • Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
  • Strategic development and working on the different market segments
  • Uses relevant marketing tools in the different market segments
  • Taking care of the importers and international key-accounts in cooperation with Head Office
  • Concentration on the market segments Facility, Kitchen and IT
  • Market researches and Marketing analysis
  • Organizes and implements product trainings
  • Develops goals / activities for the different market segments in accordance with management
  • Responsible for price and sales conditions in accordance with Hong Kong Head office

The Successful Applicant

  • Sales experience in furniture, IT-data centres, networking, construction, audio/video companies or any kind of electronic products related
  • Good interpersonal skills, good team player, self-motivate, healthy and energetic
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Advanced ability to speak and write in English
