Job Responsibilities:
•Gain the insights into the etiology of cosmetic skin\hair problem
•Strengthen science base to the support the relevant projects
•Set up and validate relevant in-vitro models, such as ex vivo hair follicle culture, for hypothesis testing and active screening
•Search and identify actives delivering skin, scalp or hair benefits by cell or enzyme-based models
•Build mechanistic understanding on biomarkers and pathways relevant to skin and hair health
•Build network with the key players in the area

Job Requirements:
•Ph.D. in biology is essential, preferably skin or hair biology. Overseas educational or working experience is welcomed.
•Several years working experience in R&D of FMCG or pharmaceutical industry is welcomed.
•Good communication skills
•Networker, pro-active, self-motivated and strong entrepreneurial drive
•Able to build and expand technical capabilities
•Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
