• Management and implementation of pan-China marketing campaigns which includes both locally-driven and regional campaigns (localization)
• Produce and execute campaigns to align with our key business priorities in China (key industry sector specialization, growth sectors marketing, research roll-out, thought-leadership building, service/team profiling, landmark appointment, etc)
• Act as a brand guardian ensuring every campaign and client touchpoint is on brand
• Manage calendar of activities including campaign analysis and reporting
• Provide recommendations for future campaign optimization
• Develop processes to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
• Explore and manage external partnerships and alignment to ensure maximum client reach

• Partner with, and manage, external marketing agency relationship

任职条件：

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing and Campaign Management, experience working across the full range of marketing functions
• Excellent academic credentials and/or professional qualifications in Marketing / Communications / Business
• Strong communications skills (written and presentation), outstanding writing and influencing skills in English and Chinese
• Strong campaign management skills
• Expertly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital media savvy
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to work independently but with a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment
• Ability to work with senior professionals and manage their expectations
• Excellent multi-tasking, commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Real estate experience is desirable however not essential
