Job Objective工作目标:

-  Develop & improvement EHS management system to achieve Injury-free & Environment-friendly goals

-  Launch EHS programs/initiatives to create EHS culture

-  Improve EHS communications & training programs to raise EHS awareness.

-  Full compliance with local regulations and SG group standards

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

-   Support EHS manager to define, develop and implement environment programs or procedures

-   Maintain ISO/OHSAS system to be in full compliance.  

-   Maintain and update the Environmental Inspection checklist to be current with relevant country Regulations

-   Launch EHS tools (e.g., Risk assessment, NOS, TAS, SG self-diagnosis, etc)

 -  Define internal auditing rules and organize regular auditing to ensure day-to-day compliance.

-   Implement EHS incident/accident investigation and ensure all CARs closed within a timeline.

-   Organize annual monitoring or checkup programs to ensure environmental/occupational health aspects evaluated and measured.

-   Communicate with internal line managers/shift leaders and external local authorities/suppliers or other interested parties through meetings, events, seminars, promotion boards, etc.

-   Complete EHS reports including audit finding reports in a timely manner

-   Deliver EHS training to new hires, employees and subcontractors per defined schedule

-   Follow company procedures, instructions and other rules (e.g. EHS, Quality)

-   Working on WCM HS&E pillar for getting good result

Job Requirements工作要求

• Education学历: Bachelor degree in environmental and/or health & safety
• Practical Ergonomics experience preferred
• Language语言: Strong English reading and writing
• Computer skill计算机技能: Good office software application skills
• Work experience工作经验: Minimum 3 years experiences in EHS field.
• Others to be specified其他: Good communication skills and work independently under pressure
