Job duties:

  

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Company’s Social Compliance Strategy.

• Perform regular and oversight audits based on the company’s code of conduct, local laws and international standards.

• Conduct training with suppliers to improve overall performance. Ensure the Company’s social compliance requirements are clearly communicated throughout the factory management and develop both corrective and preventative action plans.

• Monitor progress and support the development of continuous improvement plans for selected Client factories.

• Assist factories with the development of new policies or procedures to help address key requirements / issues.

• Project support for in-depth remediation projects; Coach factories through remediation plans via phone, email and face-to-face meetings.

• Provide ad-hoc project support as discussed and agreed with the Client.

• Provide technical assistance and/or advice on the appropriate design and implementation of management systems and business policy consistent with local and national law, customer Codes of Conduct or other requirements.

• Provide regular progress reporting, frequency to be determined by the Client 

• Leading CSR project as an external auditor and consultant for clients.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

                      

 

  

Job requirements:

  

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years’ experience in social compliance, factory audit and remediation.

• Knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, Lean Manufacturing is a prefer.

• Good command of written and oral English.

• Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Effective training and consultancy skills.

• High responsibility, self-motivated.

• Keen observation, analysis and deciding ability.

• Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics.

• Excellent team work and working well under pressure.

• Willing to Travel.
