Summary-
You will work closely with management team to identify key business strategies in order to implement an effective structure to support a high-growth and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities-
? Provide accurate and comprehensive compensation and benefits advice to leadership and HRBP.
? Perform salary review based on market benchmarking to ensure that we remain highly competitive to attract and retain good caliber staff; and to drive the desired organizational behaviors and high performance culture;
? Review and formulate career progression ladders for staff in various job vocations to ensure that there are career growth and development opportunities for staff based on higher competencies, which can be acquired through structured training;
? Ensure rewards are given in recognition of staff competencies and are commensurate with their duties and responsibilities, as they advance up the career ladder within the organization;
? Regularly review compensation & benefits policies and programs to ensure compliance to employment related regulations and internal corporate governance, where applicable;
? Review of benefits and terms and conditions of employment to ensure market competitiveness and best practices;
? Work with the HR Business Partners to develop and implement C&B initiatives relating to recruitment/attracting, staff retention and talent management to ensure right pay for the right skills or expertise.
任职资格:
Job Requirements-
? Bachelor degree and above, over 10 years' experience in human resources focusing on compensation and benefits in MNC background.
? Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
? Proven successful track record of designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits in a fast growing and changing environment.
? Excellent communication skills and influencing skills, ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and influential skills.
? Be very savvy working with numbers, innovative, resourceful and self-driven with the ability to multi-task.
