RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design yearly country plan on anti-counterfeiting actions via regular key-market visits and other means to collect necessary information;

2. Lead regional anti-counterfeiting team to execute regional anti-counterfeiting actions and provide on-site support of important raid actions;

3. Work with external professionals on criminal cases and IP litigations;

4. Closely work with national sales team to effectively organize raids to support local sales development/penetration;

5. Handle product complaint cases raised by local administrative departments.

Involvement in other assigned projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Deep knowledge of anti-counterfeiting practice in FMCG industry in China;

2. Know how to play different anti-counterfeiting measure according to different situation

3. Understand government policies & guidelines on anti-counterfeit or IPR protection;

4. 5+ years experience either as in-house of FMCG company or anti-counterfeiting firms

5. Concrete experience on FMCG anti-counterfeiting
