职位描述

Main job responsibilities:

Work with HR Business Partners and Business leaders for China expansion projects using our human capital project management methodology.  Provide consultancy of learning and development initiatives and resources to support the business ramp up.

Support HR Business Partners in China as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted consultant to deploy talent development programs to meet business needs for growth.

Partner with HR Business Partners and local training coordinators to effectively deploy regional and global learning/development processes and programs.

Be the knowledge expert for general and internal learning & development processes and systems for HR Business Partners and local training coordinators.

Act as a key collaborator with the corporate learning team to factor in China-specific learning needs in the early design phase.

Establish and manage relationships with regional suppliers; partner with our Global Supply Chain teams on the sourcing/procurement process for learning projects.

Coach and support the local training coordinators as an advisor.

Manage China leadership development acceleration program.

  

Key experiences are:

3-5 years of training organizing and management experience

Instructional design experience is a plus but not mandatory

  

Key qualifications are:

Strong in organization and execution to support training facilitation and delivery.

Can effectively communicate internally and externally

Demonstrated ability to build mutually beneficial and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills to propose solutions to stakeholders and manage program budgets.

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Superior consulting and project management skills would be a plus.

Taking ownership and initiatives; resilient and adaptable to new programs and challenges. Eager to learn and grow in an organized platform. More down-to-earth work attitude.
