3) 丰富的团队管理及建设经验，团队团结、稳定、活力、高效；
4) 丰富的质量管理工作经验，输出质量高、项目上线后长期稳定无问题；
5) 熟悉敏捷等业界流行项目运作管理思路，并能熟练用于日常项目管理实践；
6) 可以带领20人以上团队;
7) 10年以上项目管理经验。
SPM:

Key Responsibilities Include:

 Project Planning: Prepare project plans and drive the execution plan with focus on Scope, Schedule, Cost and Quality parameters.

Resource Planning: Work with the client and internal teams to prepare resource plans and liaison with required groups.

Scheduling: Prepare detailed project schedule based on the client need and baseline the same.

Project Scoping: Define and prepare SOW/contract documents as required.

Estimation: Lead the estimation activity and provide estimates

Quality Planning: Prepare quality plans with help from SQA, comply with internal quality mandate, plan for training and prepare comprehensive quality plan.

Project Tracking Control and Report

Client Management – Interact with the customer on a daily basis and building rapport at the right levels. 

Billing Process – Prepare the client Delivery Material on time, Initiate client Billing process and subsequent follow-ups as needed 

Production Support: Schedule, monitor, review and control the production support projects, as needed.People Management – Should be able to manage 50+ FTE 

Knowledge Management: Document and share team learnings from the project.

Unit/Organization activities: Provide inputs to organization on Technology needs, Process Innovation and people engagement.

Proposals: Participate in proposals, review and provide guidance for other proposals in order to submit a winning proposal

Contracting and Agreement: Lead SOW/contract activities.

Skill set Required:

Proficient in Project Management including Resource, Quality & Delivery Scheduling

Good experience in client stakeholders management and escalation management

Experience in working on large scale Agile projects

Strong People Management skills including performance management, talent retention, mentoring etc. and good motivator

Experience in handling account and unit level initiatives including client visits, internal/external audits
High Impact Communication.
