Position Summary：

1.Support Operation team for any Qualify related issue to improve operation processes and customer satisfaction.

2.Perform the job in the framework of BV audit Management Systems, the Code of Ethics and the appropriate BV Group policy.

Duties & Responsibilities：

1.Perform the job in the framework of BV audit Management Systems, the Code of Ethics and the appropriate BV Group policy

2.Maintain external Accreditation with labs - coordinate internal and external audit programs. eg. CNAS/UKAS/ZLS/HSE audit, client audit, BV internal audit etc.

3.Work with manager to assist teams to improve operation process and activities related to quality. Monitor & analyze operation KPI on quality, lead Analyze Root Cause and action plan to achieve continuous improvement (and when performance does not meet these KPI).

4.Quality criteria cascaded training

5.In-line QC/QE Champion data consolidation

6.Pre-release & post-release report audit

7.Document control, eg. distribution & update standard/SOP/data sheet etc.

8.Lead HSE program, provide HSE reporting:

9.Development, implementation & maintenance of HSE management system;

10.Follow up HSE requirements from BV Global HSE requirements;

11.Complete HSE introduction Training monthly;

12.HSE internal audit implementation;

13.Accident, Incident and near-miss collection, reporting and investigation;

14.Collection HSE management system performance for top management review, including recommendations for improvement.

15.Monthly Safety checking implementation, preventive action and corrective action for any NC.

16.Any newly hazards and impacts should be evaluated and added into the relative risk assessment list.

17.Monitoring the HSE status at workplace, like the controlling of hazards and impacts, PPE appropriation, etc.

Skills & Requirements：

1.Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

2.Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred.

3.Good time management and communication skill.

4.Individual and Team work ethic.

5.Familiar with ISO/IEC17025/HSE standard/requirement.

6.Ability to perform multiple tasks by manager request.

7.Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines.
