Duties & Responsibilities:

1、Evaluate the capability of the lab according to TRF as well as ensure the test capacity and TAT required.

2、Respect and apply the test correctly according to requirements of the client. Evaluate if the received sample complies with the test requirement/scope.

3、Apply the standards with appropriate test methods. Assign relative tests to each lab based on prescribed protocols, testing methods, product standards/specifications as required.

4、Perform testing on products according to prescribed testing methods, standards/specifications appropriate to the sample, as required, as complexity warrants. Accurately record test data, equipments used for tests and the consumable used if needed. Issue test data sheets for recording the test results/findings.

5、Support and supervise the Testing Engineer/Technicians to conduct testing according to relevant standards, and review test results.

6、Manage the samples for subcontracted test, review all of the results and raw data provided by the lab (including subcontracting labs).

7、Answer the inquiry from the client and negotiate/set up the test method with client. Technical communicate with the responsible program client and have clear status for update.

8、Provide feedback to N+1 timely regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.

Skills & Requirements：

1、Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

2、Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred.

3、Good time management and communication skill.

4、Individual and Team work ethic.

5、Familiar with the general test requirements (physical, chemical or both), experience in the product testing.

Education & Experience ：

1、High Diploma / Degree and above

2、Above 3 years of lab working experience in related product category, at least 1 year testing experience

3、Above 1 year of working experience in project management
