If you are our Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will have a chance to

    

    

• Partner with recruiter for responsible requisitions in Great China
• Candidates’ sourcing via different channels, sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, etc..
• Building a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Other project based assignment

    

    

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

    

    

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or above with 1-2 years of sourcing and headhunter experience
• Excellent sourcing skill, especially direct sourcing capability
• Counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills required
• Fluent oral and written English
