BROAD FUNCTION
Describe the position’s basic objective and scope
? Achieving stable growing sales target of WT products and services in the segment of RES within the
assigned area
? Managing projects sale activities incl. Leads sourcing, Bidding/Quotation Communicating, Contract
Negotiating, AR collecting, FCST for Delivery etc. within controlled proper costs
? Leading build-up of brand awareness in the market and dealer development
? Gathering market intelligence
? Guiding service activities for customers
? Supporting exhibitions, seminars and trainings in the relevant field and region
II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Outline the major duties and roles necessary to accomplish the objectives of the job. (Do attach additional sheets if
necessary)
? Developing and executing projects sales of waste water treatment products as well as relevant services
? Sourcing projects opportunities through multiple network incl. partners, designers, contractors etc.
? Telling customers’ needs via effective communication and visits
? Selling according to competition situation
? Leading quotation and bidding activities
? Executing contracts negotiation
? Managing AR and delivery schedule incl. FCST
? Providing value creation solution to satisfy customers key needs
? Developing potential business opportunities with customer, distributor & contractor in the Waste Water
Treatment Industry
? Applying and managing projects opportunities via salesforce
? Working on distributor network development and maintenance
? Directly handling new projects (KEY players/accounts) and following up the existing projects for
replacement sales opportunities
? Organizing marketing activities
? Delivering Seminars and trainings
? Reporting with required formats (business tracking and forecasting of sales and product demand) on the
business environment / management in assigned region
? Organizing effective travels with controlled proper costs
? Applying and managing sales activities via Huilianyi
