Responsibility岗位职责:

1. Visit fabric mills to assess capabilities, capacity and quality. 去面料厂，评估面料厂的产能与质量

2. Work directly with mills and garment manufacturers to solve production problems.直接跟成衣厂和面料厂工作并解决大货的问题

3. Identify potential fabric quality and production issues upfront and resolve prior to production. Troubleshooting: solve production problems related to fabric characteristics, performance.在大货生产前根据面料的特性和常规性，能够发现面料以及原材料的潜在技术问题并提出解决方案

4. Other work assigned by manager领导分配的其他工作

Requirements:

1. Solid technical knowledge in fabric processing (knitting/ weaving, dyeing & finishing etc), experience in working with fabric mills.熟悉各种面料，并有面料厂的相关工作经验

2. be familiar with American 4-point system 熟悉美标4分制

3. College degree for dyeing and finishing 大专学历，专业轻化工程

4. At least 3 years working experience in fabric mill, such as dyeing, printing, finishing, etc.至少三年的面料厂的工作经验

5. Able to travel.愿意长期出差
