Customer Services Delivery Manager

Purpose of Job Role：

The Customer Services Delivery Manager (CSDM) job role is responsible for the delivery of specified support services.The Job role is used by Hardware Service Delivery Managers and VAS Delivery Managers within Customer Support to secure dedicated tasks.

Typical Interfaces：

1、Hardware Services

2、Regional Hardware Services Delivery Managers

3、Service Delivery Managers

4、Global Service Logistics Centre (GSLC)

5、Head of own organization (e.g. Regional Customer Support Head or Regional Supply Head)

6、HDMs in other regions.
