Verify existing M&E systems compliance, including Mechanical, Electrical and Extra low voltage systems

Lead the audit/inspection/testing for existing M&E system ,such as : installation quality, functional testing or testing witness, etc 

M&E system design review against Chinese National Code and client specifications.

M&E System technical consultant for spot missions.

Provide technical inspection/support during new project construction and commissioning phases. 

Implement M&E System testing and commissioning on site, such as, diesel generators, ATS functions, UPS/EPS, lighting control, all ELV systems function, HVAC system, Fire protection system, etc... 

Requirements:

Electrical/ELV Engineering/Mechanical Bachelor degree or similar 

8+ years M&E system experience in construction or facility operation/maintenance 

Good at Electrical system and knowledge on Mechanical systems

Sound knowledge of Chinese codes and standards 

Good team work player 

Good reporting skills, proficient in MS Office Software and AutoCAD 

Basic English reading and writing skills, spoken English is a plus 

Frequent travel and good heath required 

Accept flexible working time, sometimes need to full time onsite for 3~6 months.
