职位描述

Job Descriptions:

Deliver high quality technical dossier on Infant FSMP product registration/ infant formula registration to ensure info correctness, consistency, product safety & GB compliance. Be responsible for technical documents review of the I/R projects to ensure compliance and meet business expectation.

Deliver technical dossier on Infant FSMP product registration/ infant formula registration, including:

-review documents from technical perspective

-provide technical solutions for findings & technical challenges
-review, correct, finalize the documents

Technical documents review of the I/R projects, including recipe, nutrients table & ingredients list on label etc.
Technical Training, including working out training materials & deliver training.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Food Science & Technology/Food Engineering/Nutrition Science related major.
5+ years working experience in relevant industry and 3+ years experience in R&D or technical dept. of manufacturing site in IF industry.
Expertise on formulation, processing & manufacturing of Powder & Liquid-based nutritional products.
Be familiar with China GB requirements on infant formula, FSMP, nutrients fortifier, food additive,nutritional ingredients, labeling & recipe registration.
Experience on infant formula recipe registration dossier preparation, recipe design, manufacturing direction preparation, trial protocol & report writing.
Experience in MNC as a leading role in cross functional projects & working.
Experience with Global functions is preferred.
Knowledge on infant FSMP product registration & functional foods is preferred.
Strong ability of tracking record.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written & oral English communication skills.
