1、Ownership of the business targets for the TikTok product in a country, including product strategy, key metrics, community safety, monetization, and such.
2、Work closely with key internal partners, including but not limited to engineering, analytics, content, and partnership to set goals and guide prioritization to make sure that the key initiatives are focused and impactful;
3、Organize and build data visualization and reports to discover issues, validate product progress, and plan the product strategy for the country;
4、Partner with the local content and community team manage the impact to the content ecosystem and provide external resources;
5、Dive deep into the product and business planning; deeply understand the strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in that country.

1、Excellent communication skills and an open, collaborative and proven team player who prioritizes projects end to end across various stakeholders and functions
2、Strong problem-solving skills and product sense; passionate about short-form video products and have great empathy;
3、Excellent data analytics and interpersonal skills that can translate complex data analysis and logic into actionable insights;
4、Self-starter who is intellectually curious and comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure;
5、Fluent in English as a working language; prior experience in global products and previous overseas work/study experience preferred.
