? Responsible for key coffee chain customers
? Work closely with different functions of customer to continuously improve food safety awareness & execution as well as compliance
? Promote total solution concept and enhance operational efficiency at customers HQ and store level
? Lead project team consisting of marketing, RD&E, field sales manager and cross divisional partners to develop customized product & program to meet specific customer needs
? Work closely with different functions and districts of customer to continuously improve training and Value Visit programs, figure different needs from different customer districts then lead cross-functional team to customize trainings at HQ, district HQ and store level
? Work as coffee segment leader, help division in coffee segment strategy and program offering, industry association liaison, brand/program promotion in coffee segment
? Achieve the sales and profit targets for the assigned account customers
? Establish and maintain routine communications with regional and global CAMs that have alignments to same Global Corporate Accounts
? Other tasks assigned by management
