? Work closely with all hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions

? Develop and evaluate sourcing channels effectiveness

? Implement the strategy and methodology about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels

? Participate in interviews, effectively debrief with hiring manager and consult on selection proposals and decisions

? Plan and execute University Recruiting related activities.  Collaborates with business leaders to understand needs and subsequently develop campus program to attract top talent.

? Implements best practices to increase effectiveness; drives metrics / KPI’s for success; analyses return on investment.

? Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

? Ability of collecting and analyzing recruitment data to improve recruitment effectiveness

? Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable speaking in public and leading presentations; able to engage at all levels of the organization 

? A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

? Results-oriented with the ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimum supervision 

? BSc or above
