UX Design Tasks /Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research
• Creating prototypes, wireframes, sitemaps
• Be part of an agile team and a consultant for the UI designer, product manager and developers
• Share knowledge with other UX/UI people within Metronom community (across countries, especially with the UX Hub in Germany)

Qualifications:

• Education in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, communication design, or an equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience – preferably in a B2B environment
• profound working experience in User Centred Design and / or Design Thinking
• advanced know how of Interaction Design Patterns and Best Practices for mobile applications
• advanced skills in the standard wireframing/prototyping design tools like Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer etc.

• Relevant work experience with B2B customers is a plus

• the ability to organize and plan own work
• very strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills in English
