- Work with cross-functional teams including FSD, Sales Force team to build product requirements and drive successful launch of products

- Provide IT solutions on deeply understand business requirements, design working process cross IT system based on overall system landscape to meet their goals and objectives.

- Work directly with project stakeholders to review business/functional/technical requirements to ensure high quality delivery

- Responsible for managing and communicating issues to business teams and internal project teams.

- Interprets internal/external business and regulatory challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.

- Evaluate solution development effort and control the development quality, and make technical sign off.

- Act as IT project manager to implement the approved solution.

Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related majors.

- Knowledge about e-Commerce and retail business process.

- Teamwork player, willing to work under pressure.

- Have strong problem soving & analytical skills.

- Skill set to develop/review RFP, SOW, and system requirement.

- Communication skills, presentation skills.

- Good oral and written English.

Experiences:

- Oracle database / SQL Server database knowledge is a must.

- 1-2 year E-commerce project management experience is a must.

- Know e-Commerce applied technology is preferred (Java, .Net)

- Experience of writing technical document, business requirement documents and user manuals is preferred

- Know noSQL database is preferred
