Quality Manager

美国汽车紧固件公司因业务需求新招职位，上海闵行区上班。负责全质量管理工作，下带22个人团队，向上汇报给Operation Director.

必要条件：

1. 10年以上相关工作经验，至少有3年以上团队管理经验

2. 有先进的质量管理经验，有从前期质量到后期客户投诉整条线的质量管理经验，熟悉相关质量体系。

3. 英文口语可作为工作语言

加分条件：

1. 候选人来自汽车行业

2. 候选人熟悉注塑件

Responsibilities:

? Manage the resources in quality team, overall lead and coordinate quality engineering team and quality assurance team

? Supervising the customer complaints handling, when necessary dealing with the customer complains directly

? Supervising the quality control processes in supplier’s plant and in-house

? Overlook the quality system in plant, e.g., QS9000/VDA6.1/TS16949/ISO14001

? Be the responsible person during customer audit

? Keep good relationship with customer and supplier with no compromise in quality level of purchased materials/parts and shipped parts to customer

? Improve the knowledge and capability of the organization in terms of best practice in Quality Systems

? Collect information for lesson learned, and conduct continuous improvement programs

? Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Position Skills and Experience Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree or above in polymer material, molding tool design, mechanical automation, or automotive engineering

? Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

? Excellent MS-Office knowledge

? Must be a team worker and team leader

? At least 10 yrs. working experiences in Automotive Industry.

? Familiar with QS9000/VDA6.1/TS16949/ISO14001system ; with internal auditor certification

? Familiar with the quality tools, e.g., APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC、8D, DOE

? Good communication skills

? Experience in Tier 1 Supplier in automotive industry is a must

? Experience of supplying international OEMs like VW, GM, Nissan, Toyota, etc. is preferred

? Familiar with injection molding, and/or automotive industry is a plus

? Willingness to work as part of a team to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast growing environment
