On time support selected Auto customers engineering and Molex account team activities to grow Molex image and presence across designed module and vehicles. Improve Molex’s competitive position within OEM through the consistent and appropriate application of MBM guiding principles.

2. Support all technical facets of OEM/program expectations in a timely manner including, but not limited to:

1) 3D/CAD qualification, translation, upload, and maintenance in Teamcenter.

2) 2D drawing creation, translation, verification, upload, and maintenance in GM system.

3) Own EWO’s from creation through closure including all necessary documents (DRBFM/VCD, etc.)

3. Support sales team to develop key relationships with selected Auto customers’ engineering/design teams. Collaborate with account management team to develop opportunities into new design wins for Molex.

4. Introduce the latest Product/Solution to R&D center of selected Automotive customer together with Account Responsible Salesperson and Global Product Manager of Division. Engage with OEM engineering (connector, vehicle, architecture) teams to identify needs, gaps and opportunities

5. Work closely with Account Responsible Salesperson for Product/Account Strategy and get division aligned

6. Provide insights of customer & Competitors movements

7. Facilitator for technical discussions between OEM DRE’s and Molex project management/account management teams. Support and Organize Roadshow/Technical Day Event together with Account responsible Salesperson

8. Facilitate and support collaborative quality issue notification/resolution with Molex team members. Support quality issue analysis and follow up in OEM side

9. Collaborate with account management team to develop opportunities into new design wins for Molex. On time support any of the technical questions/concerns and application issue, and alignment between division and customer

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: College or above in engineering or technical

PREFERRED:

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: Connector design experience and/or automotive application experience

PREFERRED: Automotive field experience in customer locations

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED: 1. English writing & speaking, 2. Open personality (willing to talk)

PREFERRED: 1. Fluent Technical English Speaking, 2. Good communication skill, 3. Good team player

OTHER: OK for work independently (90%) in customer location & working under pressure
