Responsibility：

Provide a stable and efficient business application environment for MCC CN by together with the supply chain application support team.

Coordinate with Metro Systems global, local IM/IT for problem solving, projects implementation.

Provide solutions from business application side to improve MCC business process.

Provide process consultancy

Identify needs for process changes (demands) in alignment with User departments

Aanalyze, document, specify country demands and argue for the demand regarding Quality; Financials; Process improvement at the best

Provide demand description to Metro Systems (Process Management)

Coordinate demand approval by business representatives

Support the demand analysis and business solution definition of Metro Systems according to the defined processes

Support the user acceptance test

Work with external vendors (e.g. Software company) to establish the interface connection with Metro

Adapt user training material and working instructions for application supported Business Solutions to local needs( in co-operation with HR and Orgnization department)

Coordinate and execute user training (in co-operation with local HR department)

Manage the deployment and roll out of modified or new business solutions

Requirement：

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related majors.

- Strong oral and writing English skills together with good communication, paperwork

- Knowledge about retail business process.

- Strong ability in problem analysis, troubleshooting, solution providing by leveraging both internal and external resources in an efficient and cooperative way.

- Customer orientation.

- Teamwork player, willing to work under pressure.

- Above 1 year experience in IT application support is a plus.

- Understands retail business process and have the experience with a retail solution is a plus.

- Oracle/SQL database knowledge is a plus.

- Experience of writing technical document, business requirement documents and user manuals is a plus.
