负责全国范围新业务的开发

Responsibility

1. Responsible for sales development in own territory with target.

2. Set up proper business development strategy for prospects.

3. Identify and create business opportunities, and lead further process.

4. Promote company to customers and build/maintain customer relationship.

5. Mornitor and ensure to update CRM in time with efficient follow-up.

6. Coordination with other teams to make business success.

7. Lead new business development in cooperation with global BD team and other related functions.

8. To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turn it into increased business.

9. To plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with Bufab. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging business network.

10. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

11. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

12. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals.

13. Frequent travelling in China region.

14. Follow up instruction from manager.


Skill & Personality

1. Professional sales skill and working method. Should have clear business mind with positive work attitude.

2. Logical thinking and excellent communication skills. Be with overall view and in long-term.

3. Able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.

4. Work under pressure include but not limited to below aspects:

? Managing underperforming team members

? Suffering from downturns in the industry and/or economy

? Losing clients to superior competitors

? Responding to negative press about the company and/or products

? Dealing with customers unsatisfied with the quality of the product or service

5. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events, including intellengence of competitors.

6. Team work spirit, can work independently and under pressure.

7. Strong at presentation and negotiation with customers in both Chinese and English.

8. Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

9. Integrity, ambitious, patient, organized, planning and responsible.


Education & Qualifications

1. Bachlor degree or above, major in business prefered.

2. Minimum 5 years’sales experience inB2B company.

3. Knowledgable of the small parts and industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE…) is an advantage.

4. Must have experience of business development towards international companies.

5. Good command of English in both writing and oral. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.

6. Good computer literacy in English office environment.
