Job Description

1. Complete general ledger entry posting to ensure the data integrity and completeness

2. Complete month-end closing tasks to ensure smooth and efficient closing process within global timeline.

3. Timely and accurately complete monthly/quarterly/yearly global reports and government report submission

4. Complete account reconciliation and take action to solve the problem for the balance in question to maintain a healthy accounting process

5. Make monthly financial statements’ analysis and provide meaningful comments to reveal the underlying drivers for business change

6. Support internal &external audits for preparation of documents and assist in completing the annual tax filing in a timely manner

7. Connect with tax agent to complete the various indirect tax filings e.g. monthly VAT filing and withholding tax filing for specific costs

8. Complete business annual inspection and ad-hoc audit if any

9. Challenge the status quo, proactively identify and drive the innovation opportunities to improve the finance operation processes

10. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

Experience and Skills Required:

1. Financial /Accounting bachelor degree or above

2. 2-3 years or above working experience as GL accountant in MNC (SAP knowledge is preferred)

3. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook.

4. Be familiar with US GAAP /PRC GAAP

5. Good in verbal and written English

6. Quick learner, critical thinking & problem-solving capability

7. Be able to work under pressure and good team work spirit
