职责/任务

1． Ensure EHS management in the company achieves national laws and norms’ requirement;

确保公司的EHS管理符合国内法律、法规要求；

2. Responsible for preparing the first, 2nd and 3rd party EHS audit, and ensure the company achieve relevant request.

负责第一、第二、第三方的所有EHS审核准备工作，并确保公司符合相关方的审核要求；

3. Be fully conversant with the corporate’s EHS policies, directives and initiatives, and lead the company toward compliance. Assist and encourage staff to understand these.

充分理解集团公司的EHS 方针和政策，并主导公司遵守，帮助和鼓励所有员工理解这些内容；

4. Review, update and maintain the company’s EHS management systems, and ensure effective communication of relevant issues to staff and workers in time. Assist and encourage staff to suggest improvements.

不断维护、改进公司的EHS 管理体系，确保相关信息能够及时传达给公司全体员工，并积极地鼓励公司所有员工提出改进建议；

5. Introduce new employees to the company’s EHS programs, and instill them with a good grounding and a desire to learn more.

将公司的EHS规定对新进员工进行介绍，把相应的知识灌输给他们，促使他们能够学习更多的知识；

6. Responsible for the environmental assessment of new production line and new project.

负责公司的新生产线或新项目的环境评价；

7. Manage the planning and conduct of the annual EHS training schedule and ensure all staff receive the latest EHS laws, standards and regulations announced by government and the corporate.

负责编制和实施年度EHS培训计划，确保公司全体员工能够及时接受到政府部门、集团公司最新的EHS法规、标准和规章制度；

8. Be in charge of placing a mechanism to review and refresh the standard safety operation process annually through analysing QEHS essential factors of position safety.

通过对岗位EHS安全要素的分析，建立评审和更新岗位标准安全作业指导书(SOP)的机制，并对此组织年度评估、更新；

9. Organize the relevant departments to analyze the cause of nonconformities, approve the plan of corrective (preventive) action and verify the effectiveness of corrective (preventive) action.

组织相关部门分析不合规的原因，制定整改预防措施，并验证整改预防措施的有效性；

10. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

完成上级主管安排的其他工作任务。

Education background, relevant professional skills

岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1. Bachelor or above degree majored in Safety/Environment or Engineering. 2+ years related EHS management experience is must.

大学本科及以上学历，安全、环境或工程类专业，必须有两年以上EHS管理经验；

2. Familiar with national laws and norms in safety, environment protection as well as local norms and policies.

熟悉国家安全、环保法律法规以及上海地方环保、安全法规和政策；

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive mind and good team spirit.

出色的沟通交流能力，主动积极，团队合作；

4. Good at Microsoft office（WORD、EXCEL、PPT）.

熟悉微软office软件使用（WORD, EXCEL,PPT）.

5. 具备基本的英语书写、阅读能力。

Have basic English writing and reading ability.
