What you’ll do

? Drive the growth of added value for the segments of responsibility

? Develop business plan, define focus areas and growth areas

? Facilitate joint commercial development (JCD) tasks in collaboration with Sales teams

? Capture voice of customers, market trends and funnelling it internally to have real input for choice of products and services to offer, pricing and marketing on these services

? Identify and define value propositions and segment toolbox (how we create value to customers)

? Define portfolios of products and services to be offered in the segment

? Suggest opportunities for targeted marketing materials for customers, end-users and other stakeholders

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

? You have a good business understanding and commercial awareness

? You have experience in product management and able to work well in a matrix organization

? You will be working mainly in specific end-use segments and we value any experience in those segments in different parts of the value chain.

? We expect you to have strong networking, team working and relationship building capabilities. To succeed in this role, excellent communication and good collaboration skills are a must.

? You are a strong team player and your working style is agile, result-driven, demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking.

? You are able to work in global organisation with high integrity and independency

? Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is a must in our global environment.
