Regularly interface with Sales, Marketing Communication, R&D, GSC, Finance customer service and Global Product Team
Collect the competitive products information, including price, feature and application
Continuous optimization of product portfolio in wood coating implement SBU strategies in Asia Pacific.
Monitor product cost evolution and cost down activities.
Initiate Product development process by stage gate review.
Establish and maintain products database, including sample panels, brochures, presentation, test reports and products selection.
Lead product fingerprint transfer process from EU, US to Asia.
Optimize product line in different application and provide feasible solution to customers.
Support products promotion events including new product launching, product training etc.
Support WB conversion promotion activities.
Support coordination with other divisions
Support Marketing head to achieve the team target

5-10 years related working experience in technical function or product management in coating business is must, preferable in WB wood coating industry.
University degree in Chemistry or above.
Must possess the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
To be proactive and conscious
Excellent logical thinking
Excellent communication skill
Good command of written and spoken English is essential
Good computer skill(Microsoft-Excel, Word, Power point)
Multi-national Enterprise experience is plus
20-30% business trip is required.
