岗位职责：

Daily Technical Support

- System solution for heat pumps &other products, daily product technical support to sales, dealers, service according to the requirement from customers

- Visit customers on regularly basis, explain Vaillant product from Tech. perspective

Assist in bidding documentation

- Competitor benchmarking

Product communication

- To be responsible for product promotion and other product related activi-ties

- Play a role of technology master in marketing activities

- Communicate with group product managers to keep updated to latest product knowledge

- Create and organize training program for internal & external customers

Attend professional seminar regularly

- Publish articles in professional media if needed

Product management

- Product documentation management

- Competitors benchmarking

- Collect feedback from market and provide analysis accordingly to Sales, Marketing, R&D

- Build up good relationship with relevant authority, industry experts

岗位要求：

- Above 3 years experience of heat pumps technical support

- Knows marketing well, customer oriented

- Bachelor degree of heating engineering or boiler industrial

- Ability to communicate in English and good skills in computer

- Creative, self organization and team-worker
