Sales Manager- Refinery Catalyst 销售经理 （炼油催化剂） (Shanghai)

工作地点：上海优先考虑

要求：

1. 有中石化，中石油这类客户资源，或者目前在中石化中石油任职技术职位

2. 催化剂销售或者技术工作经验

3. 可接受高频率出差

Main Responsibilities:

1.Perform direct sales to meet or exceed sales targets with required profit margin, identify and catch business opportunities to increase market share and profitability.

2.Develop and maintain good relationship with customers, collaborate with supply and technical service team to achieve customer satisfaction.

3.Actively monitor, report and follow up the development of customer needs, industry trends, competition and other market dynamics.

4.Extensively interact with the communities including but not limited to: industry association, key players of the industry, engineering companies, licensors etc. to collect market intelligence, promote corporate brand and develop business partnership.

5.Self-disciplined to keep alignment with corporate code of business conduct, EHS and other rules, policies and guidelines.

6.Closely work with team members and/or cross function colleagues to complete projects, reporting, meeting and other assignments in a good manner of quality and speed.

7.Keep learning and self-development, strive for sales excellence and team achievements.

任职资格

1.Bachelor or above degree, in chemical engineering or related major, petroleum refining or catalyst related education will be a plus.

2.5+ years sales experience in China petrochemical market, experience with catalyst will be a plus.

3.Team player with business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills and result oriented.

4.Can take high frequency of business travel
