WHAT YOU WILL DO ?
Business planning & controlling, and strategy steering:
? Service strategy steering
? Business planning
? Service projects management ? Finance controlling
? Group financial reports
? Financial reporting and controlling with in service department, including revenue, cost, expense, profit and capex
? Budget controlling
? Settlement management
? Internal employee salary settlement
? External service partner settlement
? Service performance Mgt. & reporting
? Service performance management and business controlling
? KPI management for service employee
? Service business data analysis & reporting, and reporting database & platform management
? Reporting
? Others
? Decision making supporting
? Employee satisfaction improvement
? Inter department communication and coordination
? Drive to shape our digital future
Bachelor Degree or above, more than 5 years relevant experience ?
Service background and project management experience is preferred ?
Business Acumen, Analytical Skills, Conceptual Skills, People Management Skills. Skilful PPT and Excel is necessary ?
Proper sense of business running ?
Open minded, positive and willing to contribute ?
Team spirit, good at communication and coordination ?
Good English, both on written and verbal
