- Proactively explore new business opportunities and pay visit to potential customers to accumulate customer pool and build up relationship;

- Promote the partnership between customers and sales team, contribute to national Project Channel annual sales target achievement;

- Monitor market trends and provide latest market information to management team;

- Identify emerging market opportunities and work with sales team to match market needs;

- Ensure a strong brand image and good reputation in the market;

- Present brand to customers in an effective and professional way at all times.

- Bachelor degree and above;

- 10+ years of experience in sales and business development preferably in building materials and project selling;

- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork;

- Good command of oral and written English;

- Demonstrate high integrity;

- Highly accountable, drive for results with can-do attitude;

- Able to work under pressure with frequent business travel.
