-Planning and execution: Work with ops and sourcing to ensure good mid-long term capacity planning in line with long term business growth

-Organize well production planning and raw material replenishment to ensure good delivery performance and high stock availability meanwhile manage inventory at optimal level

-Develop planning processes and tools for team working efficiency improvement

-Accountable for departmental budget and project deliverables. Secure and allocate appropriate resources and manage project to meet Departmental goals and achieve financial objectives.

Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization, and protection of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Responsible for delivery of short-term and-long term results in order to develop and maintain the organization’s credibility with the business and creating opportunities for the function to add greater value to the business.

- University degree.

Atleast 8 years’ experience in materials/production planning and Inventory/logistics management in Manufacturing environment

- Project lead experience preferred.

- Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow and improvement strategies .and the ability to integrate those into the operation

- Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization;

-Good English writing and speaking;

Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
