To strengthen our Wire Harness Design Team in China and help our clients deliver their key projects, we are looking for Wire Harness Design Engineer.

The Role & Responsibilities

？ Develops and maintains wire harness physical design and installation through the use of 3D wire harness installation models, wire harness assembly models and 2D form board drawings 通过 3D 线束安装模型，线束装配模型，与 2D 装配板的图纸起草工作，开发与维护线束实际的设计与安装

？ Supports analysis and design reviews 为分析与设计评审提供支持 ？ Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance 完成分配到的任务，完成与组织期望的质量，时间表及工艺的一致性

？ Applies program technical requirements to design work requirements, processes, and tasks 把项目技术要求应用到设计工作要求，工艺与任务中去

？ Supports the development of processes, methods, and tools that support the design process 为工艺，方法，工具的开发提供支持，助力设计工艺

？ Communicate and/or implement design solutions 沟通或实施设计解决方案 ？ Investigate and resolve design issues 调查与解决设计问题

？ Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation 运用独创性与创新性开发复杂问题的解决方案

？ Other duties may be assigned 其他可能分配到的任务

？ Ensure that the tasks assigned are done on time and according to the quality criteria 按照质量标准，确保分配到的任务被按时完成

Your Profile

In order to fulfil the role, we are looking for talented candidates with the following profile:

？ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent 电气，机械或航空工程相关领域学士学位或同等学历

？ Typically has up to 2 years of experience in wire harness design 二年及以上线束设计类工作经验

？ Experience or exposure to CAD design in work or school environment CAD 软件设计应用或学习的经验

？ Ability to learn and work with MS Office computer applications 学习与运用办公软件的能力

？ Fluent in English (Written and verbal) 流利的英文口语及书面表达能力

？ Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, and concepts 工程原则，理论，技术与概念知识

？ Experience with configuration management 配置管理经验 ？ Able to understand technical data 能够理解技术数据
