职位描述

Assist Store in charge to manage the daily operations of a store including sales, expense control, maintaining inventory levels, customer service, training and scheduling personnel to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, maximize sales, productivity and profitability.


协助店铺负责人进行日常店铺营运,包括:销售、费用控制、库存管理、客户服务、员工培训和排班,以此确保店铺的高效运营,维护客户满意度,最大化销售业绩和销售利润。


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


-Assist in leading sales team to reach sales target and KPI goals


协助店铺负责人带领团队达成销售指标和绩效指标


-Consistently maintain highest degree of customer service to guaranty customer's loyalty


始终保持良好服务来维系每一位顾客


-Assist in conducting relevant training for store staff in briefing when store is in low traffic (product training, role play and MOI training), to enhance staff’s selling techniques.


当店铺处于非忙碌状态时,协助对员工进行简要的培训,如产品知识、角色扮演、MOI训练等,以提高员工的销售技巧


-Store stock management: well know best sellers /slow moving items in store and proactively communicate with Merchandising dept for stock transfer in/out to boost highest sales and ST performance, daily/monthly stock-take/ prevent stock loss/ stock analysis


库存管理:清楚店铺货品销售的畅销和滞销情况;主动与商品部沟通,协调货品的运转、调拨;每日/每月的货品盘点及防止货物损失;库存分析


-Ensure store is in high standard of clean and tidy condition and visual merchandising meets and presents brand image all the time. Store furniture maintenance.


确保整个店铺的清洁卫生和货品陈列的整齐有序,维护店铺形象,维护店铺设施


-Ensure staff grooming standard to meet company requirements all the time and keep brand image


确保员工的仪容仪表始终符合公司的要求,保持品牌形象


-Customer complaint handling


处理客诉


-Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization


在公司内部构建跨部门的联系


-Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time


完成其他临时交办的工作



PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS


-5-6 years sales experience in fashion retail industry, international luxury brand experience is a plus


5-6年以上时装零售经验,具备国际奢侈品牌经验者优先考虑


-At least 2 years team leading experience


至少2年团队管理经验


-Proficiency in computer operation


良好的计算机操作能力


-Fluent Mandarin and English in writing, speaking and listening


流利的普通话,英文听说写良好
