工作职责:

What you do

As the Merchandiser, you have ownership over executing the merchandising workflow to secure the best product offer. You have shared responsibilities in driving one or more processes in the development, quotation and order follow up processes as per the set plan/ goals to secure the best deal for products. You are also responsible for managing requests and orders, following the company routines/methods and ensuring best deals and on time delivery.

As the Merchandiser, you deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day and primarily through collaboration and teamwork.

You achieve your goals through a collaborative relationship with Product (Purchasing) Merchandisers, the Buying Office/Global Purchasing Organisation and other functions, working as one team with shared responsibilities.

You collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders through effective negotiation skills and efficient communication to secure the best deal, and proactively follow up orders to secure the best quality and on time delivery.

You solve problems by finding creative and proactive solutions by taking initiative when necessary.

You have a clear understanding of the priorities (of the Buying Office/Global Purchasing Organisation) and balance their needs in the most efficient way.

You always act with high levels of professionalism while at the same time behaving as an ambassador of H&M values towards everyone you engage with.
