岗位职责:

PLM Assistant Project Manager is expected to lead RRD Asia product lifecycle management (PLM) system establishment that connects people, processes, across functional silos, with a digital thread for innovation. Get started with PLM by taking control of product data and processes, electronics, embedded software, documentation, and bill of materials (BOM). Reach greater returns on PLM system by leveraging product information across more domains and departments, such as manufacturing, quality, cost engineering, compliance, service, and your supply chain.

? Responsible for PLM system establishment, system integration, business demand collection and project design
? Lead key business demand analysis, process consulting, make project plan and execution, etc
? Develop solution to match the best industry practice and customer demand
? Define the business requirement & process, define the data management policy, PLM system UAT testing and system application support
? Create training materials for end users and working instruction for end users
? System maintenance including data uploading, data accuracy and define cross functional responsibilities for long term vision

任职资格:

? 5+ years of experience as project leader with at least 3+ years in a consumer packaged goods industry or experience in an integrated agency context.
? Familiarity with standard software project management methodologies, workflow and tools.
? Thorough knowledge of packaging materials, production processes and specifications
? Experience to translate business requirements into user stories and provide solution
? Fluent English
