o Prepare Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Studies and Prepare Cost Estimate (Feasibility Studies, Site Master Plans, Concept and Basic Design) for all mechanical/utility/cleanroom systems to meet client requirements and expectation.

o Coordinate and Review LDI Design Deliverables (Preliminary Design and Construction Design and Shop Drawings) to Ensure the FEED requirements are met and applicable local and international codes are followed.

o Prepare Construction Budget Cost or Review the Cost from Contractor for Design Changes.

o Analyse and Address Technical Issues and Elaborate Solutions for Mechanical/Utility Systems in Reports and Drawings.

o Conduct Construction Quality Inspection and Punch List Close-Out.

o Support Project Schedule Preparation in Design and Construction Stages.

o Prepare Project Reports in Design and Construction Stages.

o Prepare or review LDI design for project Mechanical / Utility / Cleanroom System including:

o Formulating any necessary recovery plans relating to:

o Promoting and integrating ROAD program into design and teams and protect the health and wellbeing of all employees, consultants, sub-contractors and customers.

o Creating and maintaining professional atmosphere in the workplace through example.

o Creating a focused Mechanical/Utility Team, and providing adequate and appropriate support to all team members.

o Ensuring that all Mechanical/Utility Team members are fully conversant with their scope of works and the extent of the obligations of LL.

o Protecting client IP and the interests of LL.

o Typical technical and commercial scope would include, as a minimum:

Duties and Responsibilities during the Construciotn Phase:

Responsible for coordinating the complete construction and administrative requirements of the various bid packages; organizing the complexities into a management system that will establish, monitor, and follow-up on each vendor’s compliance; and orchestrating the information flows needed for each component and system to be incorporated into the project – all within the time frames needed by the progress schedule; Strict attention to detail, a profound appreciation for time constraints, and a clear practical attention through proper documentation are expected; ensure the Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost for the packages in charge

Requirements

o Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related subject

o Rich Experience in Design and Construction for Project Mechanical / Utility / Cleanroom System for Industrials:

o 10-15 years professional related experience in Design / Engineering and construction of HVAC/Utility and Cleanroom systems

o Comprehensive Knowledge in GMP regulations (EU-GMP, FDA, China specifics) and Apply for Mechanical and Cleanroom Design and Construction

o 6 years’ experience in a Senior Mechanical/Utility Engineer position of design and construction

o 5 years’ experience on fast track project
