Primary Function Supervised by area sales manager, accomplish yearly distribution target, create fortune and value for the company.
Reports To: Area Sales Manager
Supervision: NA
Key Deliverables Critical Deliverables
Business Prepare related files and materials, make customer visit plan; discuss with customers about the project that will be constructed.
Agility and Innovation
Confirm customers’ order, press customer to pay; handle sales behind issues; deal with emergency.
Relationships
and People Attend Company’s sales conference; communicate with technical service people to solve project problems.
-Bachelor degree or equivalent
-Ability to use English for familiar and non-pressuring situations
-At least 3 years of sales working experience; 2 to 3 years in R&D or production work experience in food company preferred
-Food science or related background; excellent negotiating and communicating skills, and excellent presentation skills are required
-Customer focus – Actively looking for ways to increase value and satisfaction for customers in-and external.

-Business acumen - Understand the critical points of business, aware of industry and market conditions change.
