职位描述
The effective implementation of human resources (HR) initiatives, policies and procedures, including compliance, employee onboarding and exiting, performance management, training, compensation, affirmative action planning and employee safety. Performs work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult but usually involves limited responsibility. Primary business partners are first line supervisors.
The key roles and responsibilities of Assistant Manager, Regional HR, Northern China are:
? Provides employee relations support, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action and performance improvement counseling.
? Develops, plans and sets HR initiatives, policies, and procedures and ensure effective and timely implementation.
? Provide operational HR services to the NC business in line with the HR Strategic plan to optimize the use of the Company’s human resources and maximize profitability.
? Work cooperatively with managers of other HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation& Benefits, Learning & Development, Payroll, Project etc to ensure an integrated approach is taken in supporting the Company’s strategic goals.
? Oversee HR operations and activities, preparation of employment contract and amendments, employee visa applications, basic training, HR systems for north China and attendance and payroll checking for China ensuring compliance with local legislation and market practice.
? Keep up-do-date on labor-related legislations and government policies and ensure full compliance thereof across all businesses in northern China.

? Highly organized with strong administration and logistical skills, attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
? Demonstrated ability to think strategically with a high level of conceptual, innovative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization with strong presentation skills, and the ability to prepare high standard written reports.
? Ability to work as part of HR team with the capacity to work cooperatively and in partnership with peers.
? Proficient in planning and executing HR strategies at all job grades, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
? Strong detailed knowledge of employment legislation (particularly related to fair and ethical treatment of all employees), local and regional policies and regulatory requirements. ? Advanced level in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
? University degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline.
? A minimum of 5 years’ experience in effective HR functions and management, including those related to attraction and retention, career planning, developing organizational culture, and exit strategies.
? Experience in providing expert advice to senior management.
? Experience within the FM industry would be an advantage.
