Job Description :
This position is responsible for establishing & delivering of business strategy, objectives and policies for Supply Chain of Greater China including product development, manufacturing and quality assurance. Lead the team to ensure objectives are achieved. Provide customers with high quality product in a timely manner and at an acceptable profit level, with primary focus on employee safety and environmental excellence. Serves as a liason and conduit for information between Corporate and region staff.
Job Responsibility :
1.Interact with Corporate and Regional/country, align strategic plan with Company's overall business objectives, provides strategic planning and visionary direction to achieve goals and improve processes for supply chain, including product development, manufacturing and quality assurance.
2.Define organizational structure, coach and motivate group members. Responsible for employee and organization development such as succession planning, team building, performance assessment, etc., in order to support the development of whole Supply Chain.
3.Work effective with marketing, sales and other functions to align supply chain with the whole business operation, leading the team to handle complex issues of product supplying, quality compliance and technical support.
4.Responsible for product development / technical support functions in China to ensure the new product supply and regulatory compliance. Partners with Corporate Regulatory Affairs staff, local Legal staff, local Government Relations, to ensure compliance of required local site licenses for Hangzhou and Intercos JV manufacturing facilities.
5.Ensure a cohesive and well operating manufacturing management system to achieve company business objectives, meet good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and satisfy customer's needs.
6.Directs the quality assurance function to assure the quality and compliance of all products produced under the name for China both manufactured in-house and contract manufactured externally, ensure execution of the one global product quality, safety and efficacy standard.
7.Responsible for SHE (safety, health, environment) in product development, manufacturing and quality assurance.
8.Promote and maintain the company culture, accountability and continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization.
9.Partner up with Nutrition team and align strategic initiatives, responsible for the development and supply of nutrition products according to business plans.
10.Oversees the operation of Intercos JV, ensure GMPs at company standard are met and foster company culture within the JV.
