Main Accountabilities

主要职责

• Involve in new project team, be in charge of packaging design for new product, quotation for new project from

• According to the packaging requirement of new project, confirmed with customer to released the packaging design and emergency temporary design for mass production parts (including testing report);

• Responsible for the process from design to purchase, including issuing purchase form, defining packaging design, material standard and sealing samples

• Responsible for designing the internal packaging for WIP;

• Responsible for improving the packaging which are currently used in production and supplier packaging;

• Responsible for solving the packaging problems, such as packaging cost saving, customer complain regarding packaging quality;

• Finalize packaging & repack working instruction;

• Give training to the workers about working instruction

• Update and manage packaging BOM in SAP, support for other plant from packaging side;

• Communicate with customer to solve the temporary packaging delivery issue together with planning team;

• Other jobs which manager arranged;

• College degree or above, major in logistics management or industrial design is preferred.

• At least 3-5 years experience in logistics or packaging designing.

• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.

• Familiar with logistics operation including material delivery, warehouse management will be a plus.

• Good team work spirit and communication skills

• Optimistic, can work under pressure

• Flexible, can be on business trip

• Good communication in English and mandarin，CET4 perfer

• Familiar with office software，Design software
