Responsibilities:

1.Lead and direct designers to create world-class and high-quality artworks among the various digital and offline platform.

2.Communicate with internal/external clients closely and set the accurate design plans to reach the project goal.

3.Grasp the deep understanding of global market creatives and cultural nuances. And delivering creatives for regional promotions across all platforms.

4.Build the strong visual design roadmap which unifies OnePlus' design language successfully. 

 

Requirements: 

1.Bachelor's degree required in design-related discipline.

2.10+ years of industry experience, at least 3+ years of experience as a team lead (Agency experience is a plus).

3.Expert level of the website, graphic, typography and concept creating.

4.Must well-versed in user-centered design thinking, techniques and methodologies.

5.Must love what you do and must be able to demonstrate case study or portfolio.

6.Either live in Shenzhen, China or must be willing to relocate.

7.English(Chinese) is a plus.
