The IT manager will oversee all aspect of IT for JLL in China East and reporting to Head of Infrastructure & Operation Greater China .

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

?Manage overall IT operations and support of activities related to hosting and network environments, cloud, data storage, and infrastructure systems

?Serve as part of 3rd level escalation for vendor management, administration and process management such as, operational reports, service request fulfilment, capacity management, and problem and incident management

? Lead and provide in-depth problem analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination and deliver resolutions as the 3rd level subject matter technical specialist

? Work and coordinate with vendors and outsourcing partners, to ensure work is delivered on-time, secure and with the right quality aligned to Arup Standards

? Drive a continuous improvement mind-set across the team and develop careers.

?By the end of the year be able to demonstrate a culture in yourself and your reports of continuous improvement and how this has benefited JLL.

? Create a training program for technology across Eastern China.

?The manager’s role will be to liaise between JLL staff and the outsource IT vendors to ensure smooth operation, support and delivery of IT services. You will be required to produce dashboards on the status of IT services.

? Make sure regional IT guideline / approval process is followed

Requirement

? Degree in Information Technology or related discipline

? Minimum 5 years of experience working with IT infrastructure or operation

? 10 years of experience with minimum 3 years in managerial level; and

? Project Management Experience

? Strong IT Infrastructure/Network Knowledge

? Analytical and problem solving skills

? Familiar with local China telecommunication, mobile and broadband vendors and services

? Dynamic and flexible to work scope and job timings

? Experience with deploying and supporting large scale infrastructures

? Knowledge of, UCASS solution, IT Security and Cloud Operations is an advantage

? Experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-vendor environment in a multi-discipline team in multiple country locations with sound knowledge in building effective working relationships

? Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken in English and Chinese.
