Experience requirements:

• 10 years working experience in baking or food industry
• 5 years of factory food research and development and management experience
• Good experience and knowledge for basic applications using dairy for Asian Bakery BOH back of the house technical standards and SOP for bakery production line
• Good coordination ability
• Able to facilitate PPT, Excel for training purpose
• Able to travel across factories in China to conduct training related to Asian Bakery Channel
• Work closely with AB channel team enable Anchor Dairy R&D recipes converting into pilot test
• National BOH optimization for Shanghai KA, NKA and OEM customers (Focus for New recipes conversion factory production, increase production capacity, optimize Anchor dairy production line especially for Mousse cake, Cream cake and cheese cake)
• Work closely with Global Chef / Technical Team for feasibility BOH optimisations to support China accelerate plan
• Coordination with other sales / marketing team member for daily operational work and set prioritisation to support enable sales are able increase SOW

• food knowledge or food related professional
• Understand quickly in dairy raw materials knowledge adaptable to pilot test, basic dairy related food hygiene, policies and technical standards
