工作职责:

Our Sales team, including the Visual team, work to maximise, improve, encourage and build for the future every day, all day through Monki’s Area teams as well as Store management teams in 13 markets and around 100 stores in Europe and Asia. As a team member, you will play an important role in moving the company towards its highly set goals, the Monki way.

As Merchandiser at Monki you always strive to improve sales as well as:

? Do sales follow up on our campaign and activities leading to actions that drives our selling forward

? Initiate and execute activities in stores such as sale, special weekend offer etc.

? Control and optimize the al"location" of garments to our stores

? Work closely with the visual and marketing department on planned campaigns and garment presentation in stores and make them as fantastic as possible

? Be the link between our stores and our Design and buying office in collection and assortment matters

? Competitor analysis on global level

? Most important off all is to motivate, inspire and educate our stores to be as commercial as possible within our Monki world

任职资格:

We believe that you will bring retail insights, creativity, salesmanship , organizing skills and coaching abilities to this position. To do this job in the best way possible you should have previous experience from a store management role and/or as a buyer, buyers assistant, business controller or merchandiser. Previous retail experience is a definite plus. You know that it’s cool to be kind and to have an ambitious mind: you’re eager to join a team that aims high and works hard to achieve constant development.
