Responsibilities

• Responsible for e-commerce platform development strategy and brand building planning
• Responsible for the improvement of the management and operation mode of e-commerce, responsible for the formulation of various promotion activities, the management of online price system and the control of product image;
• Work closely with e-commerce partners to develop annual business objectives, cost estimates and monthly plans for e-commerce projects (sales, transaction conversion rate, advertising investment, profit margin, etc.);
• Conduct evaluation of brand promotion activities and channel connection, and establish professional data analysis templates and processes;
• Responsible for the overall planning of platform products, propose adjustments such as product mix, positioning and price, have certain insight into market and product demand, and be able to take targeted operational measures based on changes in data information.

Ideal job seeker

• More than 5 years experience in e-commerce, especially in fashion retail, beauty and lifestyle categories;
• Have a complete experience in building an e-commerce business from 0 to 1;
• Solid Tmall operating experience, strong market perception, and keenly grasp market dynamics and direction;
• Sensitive to data, good at analyzing data and understanding user behavior and sales needs;
• Strong adaptability, strong planning ability, excellent negotiation ability and resource integration ability, rigorous and careful, result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility;
• Experience in commodity planning is preferred;
