Job Description
(A) Sales and Operation Management
1) Define strategic objectives and develop District sales and distribution plans for prioritized segments, products and channels to achieve sustainable business results.
2) Instill customer centric sales culture by providing training, motivation, performance-based incentives and sales management tools across his/her distribution network.
3) Increase sales capacity of distribution channels through continuous improvement in staff productivity, sales process re-engineering and centralization as well as CRM support in sales led management.
4) Ensure all staff perform regulated activities, specified under the Wealth Management Business Ordinance in the market.
5) Manage sales activities and productivity by vigorously reviewing business targets/budgeting execution and results.
6) Manage working relationship between frontline sales and cross functional and supporting units to enhance execution efficiency.
7) Manage the cost efficiency of all distribution network through continuous network re-configuration effort to reflect the best business proposition.
8) Assume the role of Product Sales Guru, representing S&D in planning and committing sales activities and targets with Product Managers.
(B) People Management & Development
- Identify sales staff and managers' competency gaps and weaknesses, recommend training & development plan, and track post-training improvement.
- Develop and coach individual sales manager to improve performance and increase effectiveness.
- Supervise sales managers' performance and maintain discipline.
- Communicate clearly & promptly, and give motivation & support to sales managers to encourage their target achievement.
- Provide leadership to branch staff to achieve company vision and business goals within the context of overall corporate directive and guiding principles.(C) Customer Experience Management2) Establish clear customer service standards and a process to ensure such standards are consistently met to achieve targeted customer satisfaction rating.- WM Product Team on enhancing existing products & launching competitive new products.4) Participate in product development and process improvement projects & activities.
- (D) Audit and Compliance Control
- - Central Operations Team to improve end-to-end process continuously.
- 3) Provide regular feedback and professional advice to:
- 1) Upkeep the Brand quality through Branch merchandising, image building, community activities and service delivery that constantly exceeds customer expectations.
- 6) Identify core competencies of critical positions and develop bench strength for backups while continuously upgrade the professionalism and skill sets of frontline sales staff.
- Improve operational control and compliance quality for all branches through leadership, education, on-going monitoring & effective remedial actions.
- Ensure full compliance with both external regulatory codes/ordinance & internal compliance policies, standards, guidelines & procedures, particularly those applicable to the course of selling, i.e. sales staff's licensing and fitness & properness, KYC, IPQ, anti-money laundering & documentation completeness in a/c opening & in each deal.
The Successful Applicant
- University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline; & relevant training in Wealth Management business related courses;
- Over 7 years' in wealth management /financial services advisory with proven success in sales & marketing management.
- More than 2 years practical experience in India, with key focus on marketing/sales/channel management experience.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, training and development of sales people.
- Proven track record and skill sets in people management in large sales organizations.
- Competent in both written and spoken in Chinese and English
- Possess initiative, strategic planning , business acumen and good presentation skills to effectively operate at management level
- Relevant travel to the market
